The Profile of Goldsun Law Firm

國信信揚律師事務所（以下簡稱“國信所”）成立于 1998年，經過近20年的發展，已成為廣東省名列前茅的大型綜合性律師事務所。形成了政府法律顧問、企業并購、改制、金融證券、破產重整、房地產、酒店合同管理、復雜民商事訴訟、刑事辯護等優勢服務品牌。2000年被司法部授予 “部級文明律師事務所”榮譽稱號，2005年度被福布斯評為“中國十大品牌律師所”，2008-2010年度被授予“全省優秀律師事務所”榮譽稱號。2012—2013年度，連續兩年被廣州市律師協會授予“管理優秀獎”榮譽稱號；2014年7月，被廣州市政府部門評定為“廣州市總部企業”； 2016年11月30日，經廣東省司法廳核準，正式轉制為特殊的普通合伙律師事務所。

From 2012 to 2013, it was awarded the honorary title of Management Award for two years running; in July, 2014, it was rated by Guangzhou Municipal Government as Guangzhou’s Headquarter Enterprise. Officially approved by the Department of Justice, Guangdong, Goldsun was transformed into special general partnership on 30th November, 2016.

With other 7 offices located in Shenzhen, Heyuan, Jiangmen, Shantou, Dongguan, Nansha Guangzhou and Chengdu Sichuang currently, Goldsun is the first law firm in Guangzhou to open two Hong Kong-China associated offices in Qianhai Shenzhen and Pilot Free Trade Zone Nansha Area of Guangzhou respectively, namely Goldsun-Patrick Mak & Tse (Qianhai) Associated Law Firm and Goldsun-Patrick Mak & Tse (Nansha) Associated Law Firm with Patrick Mak & Tse.

Goldsun has focused on civil litigation and arbitration business for many years with handling significant and complex commercial disputes as it features, and gradually formed a complete system of case discussions and a supporting system of processed management of lawsuits, so as to ensure high quality and high efficiency of litigation.
